Free Shipping
Free standard delivery on qualifying orders over R1,500 including VAT.
Standard Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and apply to items that are in stock and where payment has been successfully received and cleared.

How Our Delivery Process Works
1. Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, our team begins confirming stock availability, verifying payment, picking, packing and preparing your order for courier collection.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Card payments and instant EFT payments are usually processed faster than standard EFT payments, which may require bank clearance.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking details where available. Updates may be sent via email, SMS or courier notifications.
3. Delivery to Your Door
Courier deliveries usually take place from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please ensure your delivery address, contact person and mobile number are correct at checkout.
Important Delivery Notes
In-Stock Items
Delivery estimates apply to items marked as in stock when your order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable due to supplier stock changes or stock discrepancies, we will notify you and provide available options.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to courier delays, supplier delays, weather, protest action, strikes, high order volumes, public holidays, remote areas or incorrect delivery details.
Remote or Rural Areas
Deliveries to outlying, rural or remote areas may take longer, as some areas do not receive daily courier service.
PO Box Addresses
We only deliver to valid physical addresses within South Africa. MC Technologies does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
International Shipping
MC Technologies currently delivers physical products within South Africa only. Digital products, software licences or electronic licence keys may be delivered electronically where applicable.
Shipping Rates
Free Shipping
Free standard delivery applies to qualifying orders over R1,500 including VAT within South Africa.
Oversized, heavy, special-order, supplier-direct or remote-area deliveries may be excluded from free shipping where courier costs are unusually high. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent where available. You may also contact our support team for tracking assistance.
