MC Technologies accepts returns in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and applicable South African consumer laws.
Before Returning an Item
Customers must contact MC Technologies before returning any item. Returned goods must be unused, complete, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, cables, and warranty cards where applicable.
Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return
Certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, activated, installed, registered, used, or specially ordered.
- Software and licence keys
- Consumables
- Hygiene-sensitive products
- Supplier special-order items
- Opened, damaged, used, or incomplete items
Refunds, Replacements & Credits
Refunds, replacements, or credits will only be processed once the returned item has been received and assessed.
Please do not send goods back without first contacting MC Technologies and receiving return instructions.
