If you are unhappy with a product you purchased from us, we’re here to help.
7-Day Returns Returns Eligibility
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- ✓ The wrong item was delivered
- ✓ The product is defective or damaged on arrival
- ✓ The product is not as described
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories.
Refund Process
- • Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval for a refund or replacement.
- • Approved refunds are issued back to theoriginal payment method.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Purchase
- • Shipping costs for both delivery and return are the customer’s responsibility.
- • A handling/restocking fee may apply for certain products.
Non-Returnable Items
- • Opened or activated software licenses
- • Custom-built or configured hardware
- • Used consumables (e.g., toner/ink once opened)
- • Items damaged through misuse or user error
Warranty Claims
- • Hardware items are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
- • We will assist with support and warranty claim handling where applicable.
